Cheating Whoever, by deceiving each person, fraudulently or deceitfully induces the person so deceived to deliver whatever office to any person, or to consent that any person shall go on any property, or intentionally induces the person so deceived to do or omit to do anything which he would non do or omit if he were not so deceived, and which effect or omission causes or is likely to cause aggrieve or harm to that person in body, mind, reputation or property, is utter to cheat. Explanation A dishonest back of facts is deception within the dream uping of this section.
